Running with the Devil

I thought I might actually write something today.  Weights arms and shoulders, then ran a quick 2.75. Will do another run at lunch today. I need to get some miles on these legs to get ready for the Denver marathon in Sept.  

Ran a quick 3.50 while at work on my lunch break.

Early morning run in Spanish fork with the wind. What could be more fun.

Yoga tonight.

Giving the legs a break today.  Will swim tonight.  Will do 13-15 tomorrow.  Then lots of swimming with kids.  I love having my own pool.,

Weights and the a quick 2.85.  More at lunch today.

My right quad was really tight today.  I thougth I would take it easyand give it a bit of a rest. I dont need any injuries rigth now.  

My legs felt much better today. In fact I felt great,too bad I only had a short time to run. I felt like I could have run for hours.  Ill take tomrrow off becasue it will be a late night with Yoga.  Have a little 5k on Sat.  I think Ill do maybe 12-13 before and then just take the 5k at an easy pace.

1.65 before yoga.  Fell great.

I did not do a dang thing this morning, but I have made today referral day. You may or may not know that I am an attorney. Ran 12.85 early in the morning.  Then went and ran Coopers Run in Orem. 3.25 What a great event.  Thought I would just jog the race at about a 9 min pace but ended up racing it some, ran about 7:40 pace instead.  Suprisingly my legs felt good which is a good thing since I have a marathon in about 7 weeks.
